During the first 15 days of July, the farm's aromatic plants are at their peak. This is the distillation period — a rare moment that only happens once a year.

Manu welcomes you to the distillery and guides you through each step for three hours: harvesting, loading the vat, heating, condensation, and separating the essential oil from the hydrosol. You'll understand why kilos of plants are needed for just a few milliliters of essential oil, and what makes each distillation unique, depending on the weather, the maturity of the plants, and the variety.
